Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through our forms (contact, property enquiry, concierge request):
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Message content
- Property reference or service the request relates to (when applicable)
- Browsing language and approximate IP address (security and analytics)
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed strictly for the purpose of:
- Replying to your enquiry within 24 hours
- Tailoring property suggestions or concierge services to your request
- Maintaining our internal CRM history (lead status, follow-up notes)
- Anonymous audience measurement and product improvement (Google Analytics 4)
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for security logging and audience measurement.
Retention period
Lead data is retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact with you, after which it is anonymised or deleted. Audience-measurement cookies expire after 13 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time

Cookies
This site uses two types of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies — session, security token (CSRF), language preference. Required for the site to function and exempt from consent.
- Analytics cookies — Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation, used to measure audience and improve the site. You can opt out via your browser settings or by installing the official Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
