Data we collect
We only collect the data you provide voluntarily through our forms (contact, property enquiry, concierge request):
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Message content
- Property reference or service the request relates to (when applicable)
- Browsing language and approximate IP address, and the country it indicates (security, analytics, and handling your enquiry)
Purpose of processing
Your data is processed strictly for the purpose of:
- Replying to your enquiry within 24 hours
- Tailoring property suggestions or concierge services to your request
- Maintaining our internal CRM history (lead status, follow-up notes)
- Anonymous audience measurement and product improvement (Google Analytics 4)
We never sell your data and do not share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR) when you submit a form, and on our legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f) for security logging and audience measurement.
Retention period
Lead data is retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the last contact with you, after which it is anonymised or deleted. Audience-measurement cookies expire after 13 months.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — obtain a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data
- Restriction — limit how we process your data
- Portability — receive your data in a structured format
- Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest
- Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, write to contact@uniqueriviera.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Two of these you can exercise yourself, now. From your account page: Download my data gives you everything we hold in one file, and Close my account deletes your account, your saved properties and your alerts. Enquiries you have sent us are business records and are kept.
Cookies
This site sets two kinds of cookie.
- Strictly necessary — your session, the security token (CSRF), your language, and the record of any objection you make below. These are exempt from consent: without them the site cannot work.
- Audience measurement — Google Analytics 4, with the IP address truncated. It runs from your first page view. It is used only to count and understand visits: the data is not cross-referenced with anything, not used to advertise to you, and not sold.
You can switch it off at any time — Refuse audience measurement, in the footer of every page. The choice is remembered for six months on this browser, and nothing is measured after it.
Our typefaces are served from this domain, so displaying a page contacts no third party.

This policy may evolve to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable regulations. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
